Here is the list of the 22 short sales properties currently available on the Willow Glen real estate market as of 15 May 2011.
Clearly, the short sales market has picked up in Willow Glen after a slow start this year judging from the number of properties currently offered on the market. Interesting to note as well that a majority of the short sales listings are located on the East Side of Willow Glen (e.g. Guadalupe Almaden area), close to Highway 87. Finally, I would also would like to point out that prices for #1, #3, #6-10 have dropped recently.
